Role Mission:  The Vice President of Schools (VPS) is a senior leader responsible for managing schools, principals, and initiatives that shape the education of future graduates. They ensure the high performance of schools in the region. A skilled manager and coach, the VPS leads instructional improvement, school culture, and human capital development. Driven by goals and data, they monitor performance, create motivating plans, and inspire others to achieve academic outcomes. They balance strategy execution with building relationships across teams to drive change.
