Job Description Title Code: Teacher: Mathematics Title I This posting creates a pool of candidates for future positions that may become available. JOB SUMMARY Serves as a member of the school based resource team under the direction of the school principal with support from the Coordinator of Elementary Integrated Mathematics, and the Title I Office. Assists school staff with the implementation of curriculum and programs for mathematics. Assists in providing professional development and facilitating collaborative planning. Coordinates the implementation of identified mathematics intervention programs, strategies and instructional support. Provides leadership, expertise and resource support to teachers to ensure that approved mathematics practices are implemented with fidelity, enabling students to improve their understanding and proficiency in mathematics and reach their full academic potential.
