Job Description Title Code: Teacher: Alternative One This posting creates a pool of candidates for future positions that may become available. JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the principal, in collaboration with the Director of Alternative Education, plans and implements a program for students to improve student performance, attendance, behavior, remediate academic deficiencies and facilitate student success in the traditional school and virtual programs. Bilingual and biliterate in targeted language may be required depending on assignment. Virtual experience may be required based on assignment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts student needs assessment and Individual Success Plan, as needed.
