Working under the Coordinator of Educator Growth and Development, the successful candidate will serve as a mentor and district liaison, supporting new teachers and providing direct mentoring and professional support to first, second, and third year non-tenured teachers. This position plays a critical role in strengthening new teacher induction, improving teacher effectiveness, and increasing retention across the district.
