Job Description The Williston Northampton School is an independent co-educational boarding and day school in Easthampton Massachusetts and is a culturally diverse educational community serving grades 7-12. We are seeking to hire a full-time Music Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. This position is responsible for teaching three or four daytime sections of music courses, to include some combinations of AP Music Theory, Honors Chambers singers, middle school music, and upper school music electives. The position also includes involvement with our afternoon athletics or arts extracurricular activities, one season of which will be the Winter Musical, as well as student advising. As fits the experience of the candidate, the Music Teacher will run Teller Chorus (our community chorus) and Instrumental Ensemble - with both groups meeting once per week in the evening and performing concerts once per trimester.
