At Uncommon Schools, the Student Talent Manager (STM) owns the execution and management of all co-curricular and out-of-school programs that allow students to find and pursue their passion. The STM is the instructional and operational leader of Projects, owning all steps to plan, launch, and monitor the quality of this key school-wide initiative.
