Job Description Under the supervision of the lead teachers, the teacher investigates, plan, and implements developmental appropriate curricula for children 15 months to 5 years old taking into consideration individual developmental and emotional needs of each child. The teacher must be trained and prepared to deal with child-related crises and emergencies, included, but not limited to, accidents, inappropriate behavior, medication reactions, and food allergies. The teacher oversees the organization, use, and maintenance of play and curricular materials and the facility.
