Job Description PreK--Grade 5 Summer School Teacher The Vernon Summer Learning Program is looking for teachers to teach Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5 this summer of 2026. The Vernon Summer Learning Program runs four days a week, from June 29th - July 30th, Monday - Thursday. The program takes place at Center Road Elementary School. The program hours for students is 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (PreK is 8 -10 am). The program hours for teachers is 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM (PreK is 7:30-10:30am) in order to include an hour of teacher planning time. Teachers will be with only their class for the entire day.
