Job Description REPORTS TO: School Leader SUPERVISES: May coordinate and direct the activities of Co-Teachers. PURPOSE: To provide quality instruction to students in accordance with the Montessori philosophy and the North Carolina Standard Course of Study. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Effective planning and assessment of the school's current curriculum. Guiding students to a level of understanding of the curriculum effectively and differentiating instruction, materials, or assessments, when appropriate.
