Join May Center School in Wilmington, MA, as a Behavior Technician (which we call Counselor) and gain valuable experience in special education and ABA therapy while making a direct impact on students' lives. What You'll Do: • Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students build life and social skills. • Support classroom routines, behavior management, and academic activities. • Implement behavior plans created by specialists to encourage positive outcomes. • Collect data to track student progress and collaborate with teachers and therapists. • Receive ongoing training in ABA techniques, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
