Job Description GENERAL DEFINITION OF WORK Under the supervision of the Principal, plan, organize, and implement appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their potential. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Instruct students according to appropriate curriculum that includes assessment and review processes. Plan, develop, write, and implement lesson plans in keeping with school district and state education requirements, keeping records of student achievement and tracking their abilities.
