Job Description Job Summary : The High School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher inspires students, fosters a love for literature and writing, and helps develop critical thinking and communication skills. This position involves teaching various levels of ELA, including literature, writing, grammar, and vocabulary, to high school students (grades 9-12). Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in English, English Education, or a related field. Certification: Valid teaching certification in Secondary English/ELA for 9th-12th grade. Experience: Previous teaching experience at the high school level preferred. Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, and composition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
