Job Description Purpose: To plan, organize, and present instruction and instructional environments, which help the student learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their education and social development. Also to guide students based on their individualized credit recovery needs and progress monitor student completion of courses required for on-time graduation. This position serves students at The Rowan Achievement Center, a small-setting, non-traditional learning environment designed for students who need smaller classes, individualized academic support, and opportunities to accelerate credit in order to graduate early, recover credits, catch up with their cohort, or remain on track for graduation.
