Job Description Job Title: Senior Marine Corps Instructor (SMI) Supervisor: Principal FLSA: Exempt Term of Employment : 240 days Job Summary: Senior Marine Corps Instructors (SMCIs) lead the MCJROTC units in schools, reporting to an area manager. The SMCI is the program leader, taking the role of commanding officer.
