Job Title: Preschool Program Supervisor- Full -time Position Summary: The Preschool Program Supervisor provides instructional leadership, operational oversight, and programmatic direction for all early childhood services within the district. This includes the School Readiness, Family, School, and Community Resource Center, and any other programs or services aligned with Early Start CT legislation. The Supervisor also serves as the Local Governance Partner (LGP) Liaison, connecting early childhood providers to state resources and ensuring continuous quality improvement in accordance with OEC policies and contracts. This role combines the duties of a school-based leader/administrator with deep expertise in early childhood education and community partnerships.
