Job Description Early Intervention Program (EIP) Teacher Position Summary The Early Intervention Program (EIP) Teacher provides targeted instruction and support to students who are at risk of not reaching or maintaining academic grade level. This role focuses on early, proactive intervention through small-group instruction, data-driven strategies, and collaboration with classroom teachers to accelerate student success in literacy and/or mathematics. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide research-based interventions in reading and/or math to students identified as needing additional support. Deliver instruction through small-group, push-in, pull-out, or co-teaching models as determined by school needs. Use formative and diagnostic assessments to determine student eligibility, monitor progress, and adjust instruction.
