Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Early Literacy Facilitator is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support for the district's K-3 literacy initiatives. This role ensures instructional alignment with evidence-based best practices as defined by the Science of Reading, supports the professional growth of educators and administrators, and promotes the effective implementation of early literacy curricula. The facilitator will lead district LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) training and provide instructional and curricular support across schools to improve student literacy outcomes.
