Job Description Title: Christian School Teacher Purpose: The Christian School Teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter to produce the next generation of well-rounded servant leaders as well as contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God. Employment Status: • Full-time • 10-month contract position as approved by the Christian Education Board for one year • Working Hours: 8:25 am - 3:20 pm, M-F during the school year including teacher in-service and out-service days; additional hours as required to complete work for the position as well as mandatory attendance at meetings and events as listed in the Faculty Handbook • Location: TCA Classroom Reporting Relationship: Principal oversees all TCA staff; has direct oversight of all academic areas including the development and evaluation of the teaching staff Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:...
