Job Description Under the general supervision of the Principal and/or Superintendent, the Speech Pathologist provides assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and instructional support services to students with speech and language impairments. The role ensures compliance with individual educational programs (IEPs) and meets the requirements set forth by Charter School Authority, state, and federal regulations. This position supports the efficient operation of the school or department through effective communication and coordination with administration, instructional and support staff, students and families. Tasks usually performed independently with periodic supervision or review.
