Job Description ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: •Create and teach lesson plans, aid students in understanding ELA curriculum consistent with district goals and objectives and ensure that regular classroom routines are followed in accordance with school guidelines. •Demonstrates knowledge and skills in secondary English Language Arts and promotes creative thinking and analysis. •Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in inclusive classroom settings, ensuring access to the curriculum and participation in service learning experiences. •Facilitate small group instruction and intervention sessions to address specific learning needs and remediate skill deficits for students with disabilities. •Maintain an orderly and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning, enforcing school rules and classroom behavior expectations consistently. •Maintain communication with students, parents/guardians, and school staff as needed. •Ensure implementation...
