Job Description QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree or above. Must have valid South Carolina teacher's certificate in Early Childhood or Elementary Education. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at times designated. 2. Plans a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students and state standards in the subject area. 3.
