Job Description Reporting to the Director of Virginia Tech Electric Service (VTES), the Engineering Manager supervises and coordinates all engineering activities in support of the distribution of electricity on the VTES System on the Virginia Tech Campus and for VTES customers within the Town of Blacksburg.
