Job Description Position : General Maintenance Currently: Days and hours as needed - currenlty 260 days per year, 8 hours per day Reports to: Director of Operations or designee Qualifications : Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent. Valid Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Demonstrated competence for assigned responsibilities. Industrial or institutional experience in facilities maintenance preferred. Valid boiler license where required. Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician. Residence in the taxing district of Alliance City Schools is preferred.
