Job Description The Amherst Regional Public School District is seeking a full-time, qualified mild/moderate Special Education Teacher starting in the 2025-2026 school year. ARPS is seeking candidates who are dual certified in special Education and Mathematics; or who are special education certified and willing to obtain certification in Mathematics. Under the direction of the building administrators, Special Education Teachers develops and provides specially designed instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities, evaluates and assesses student progress against instructional objectives using data, and functions as IEP Case Manager to assigned students.
