Job Description The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supports and implements behavior plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies that honor the unique strengths and differences of every student. This position emphasizes neurodiversity, understanding that brain variations are natural and not deficits to be fixed. The RBT fosters skill development in communication, social interaction, and problem-solving for students in special education in a respectful, positive, and individualized way.
