Job Description The Amherst Public School District is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Intervention Teacher at the Amethyst Brook Elementary School. The Intervention Teacher is a building-based position that supports our school's Spanish/ English Dual Language program, Response to Intervention (RTI) and Child Study Team (CST) processes. The Intervention Teacher will work collaboratively with the Spanish/ English Dual Language program and the Literacy and Math Coaches to ensure that intervention support is tailored to meet the needs of students. It is a full time, year-round position, working forty hours per week between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:30 pm, with frequent overtime.
