They serve as members of the SAU-39's Information Technology Team by providing technical support and maintaining the smooth operation of the district's technical operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college and/or equivalent combination of education and IT experience. Experience in Help Desk Support (2+ years). Experience in Desktop Management (ex: Intune), TCP/IP, File/Print Sharing, Switches, and Web based technologies. Appropriate industry certifications and/or technical training.
