Job Description Description Under the general direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning and in partnership with the Executive Director of Student Services, the District Coordinator of Nursing Services oversees all school nursing personnel and services in accordance with state and federal statutes. Responsibilities Administration: Provide overall supervision and guidance for health services to students in the Andover Public Schools. Interview and supervise qualified personnel to implement the school health program. Coordinate nursing services and supervise preventative screening programs for vision, hearing, immunization, and kindergarten screening. Communicate with nursing staff through regularly scheduled meetings and email and provide orientation and training for all new health services personnel.
