Job Description Title Code: Temp: Programs Clerk This posiiton is 30 hours per week for the remainder of the 25/26 school year. The hourly rate is $20.00. JOB SUMMARY Provides clerical assistance to the administrative and teaching staff in assigned program/initiative. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with program/initiative process documentation including parent/staff notification, meeting minutes and follow-up to meetings. Tracks timeline for referrals, evaluations/re-evaluations, and annual reviews. Completes billing forms and other forms. Sorts, organizes, delivers, and processes all incoming and outgoing mail. Collects, prepares, maintain, organizes, and disseminates appropriate files, documents and information for all meeting, and programs/initiatives in an orderly manner.
