Job Description Title Code: Temp: Programs Clerk JOB SUMMARY Provides clerical assistance to the administrative and teaching staff in assigned program/initiative. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with program/initiative process documentation including parent/staff notification, meeting minutes and follow-up to meetings. Tracks timeline for referrals, evaluations/re-evaluations, and annual reviews. Completes billing forms and other forms. Sorts, organizes, delivers, and processes all incoming and outgoing mail. Collects, prepares, maintain, organizes, and disseminates appropriate files, documents and information for all meeting, and programs/initiatives in an orderly manner. Makes copies of all documents for parents, teachers, and staff members included in student case.
