Job Description General Function Under the general direction of the Senior Childcare Director, the Childcare Director is responsible for the development, coordination, planning, administration, supervision, and delivery of the toddler, pre-school, and school-age Childcare programs and the daily operations of the licensed childcare center. The position is responsible for ensuring that childcare programs convey the mission, purpose, image, and core values of the Attleboro YMCA. Essential Duties Oversees all aspects of Center-based programming, including supervision, coordination, promotion, parent relations, scheduling, enrollment, and evaluation. Supervises and provides leadership to Childcare staff including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching & disciplining.
