Job Description POSITION: School Nurse JOB GOAL: To create and maintain a health services program in the Barnstable Public Schools which fosters the development of a sound mind in a healthy body of every student, providing an optimal opportunity for academic success and life-long achievement. To achieve said goals, the school nurse will promote health and safety, intervene with actual and potential health problems, provide case management services, and actively collaborate with others to meet all students' needs.
