Job Description Position Summary The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral and instructional support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional. The RBT assists in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs that help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally within the school setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and instructional programs as designed by the supervising BCBA. Collect, record, and summarize behavioral and skill data accurately and consistently. Support students in developing communication, social, self-management, and adaptive skills across school environments (classroom, cafeteria, playground, etc.).
