Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: The person holding this position will greet and interact with visitors in a positive and professional manner, including in person, on the phone, and in writing. This person will be able to provide basic information about our school district as requested by patrons. This person will also provide general clerical support to the Human Resources Department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Utilizes strong bilingual oral communication skills and customer service skills to: Serve as a receptionist; operate multi-line telephone system to receive incoming calls and messages; greet parents, staff and the public; answer and refer telephone and in-person inquiries; direct patrons to destinations and sites; and take messages.
