Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer is responsible for Overseeing that Facilities Planning and Construction department is meeting the departmental goals including staffing needs, planning, and project management. This position will provide management assistance related to the district's capital improvement projects, use independent judgment and discretion to perform other related duties as required. Approximately 20% of work will be spent in the field and in the planning stages of construction to include: coordination of design teams, plan reviews, and project budget development.
