Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: Supports the department head and ensures that all aspects of the office operations meet the needs of the administration, staff and students, where applicable. Obtains price quotes and verifies available funds for equipment, supplies and materials, contracts, and catering; prepares electronic purchase orders; processes invoices for payment. Communicates with vendors as needed to obtain pricing and availability information, expedite orders, and resolve billing discrepancies.
