Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who practices under the ongoing supervision of a Board-Certified Licensed Behavior Technician (BCBA or BCaBA). Works under the direct supervision of Beaufort County School District administrator in the supervision and instruction of students in a variety of settings, including the community and classroom; to assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans or Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students identified with behavioral needs; attend student progress meetings.
