Job Description Job Title : School Psychologist Terms of Employment : 10 months Pay Grade : 125 Job Summary School psychologists apply intervention and diagnostic expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior, to help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. Essential Duties Participates in the school's Mental Health Support Team in order to support social-emotional learning, assess and improve school climate, implement school-wide positive behavioral supports and provide crisis prevention and intervention services. Conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations as a part of the determination of a student's eligibility for special education and related services and provides interpretation of results to stakeholders through eligibility meetings.
