Job Description The MDM and Lab Operations Specialist, reporting to the AAD Director of IT, will manage the college’s endpoint environment and provide hands-on technical support across the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design’s computer labs. This role combines endpoint and mobile device management â€" using Microsoft Intune, HCL BigFix, and JAMF â€" with direct operational support for student computing labs serving the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design. The specialist will serve as the college’s primary resource for device configuration, deployment, and compliance across managed platforms, while also maintaining physical lab environments to ensure hardware, software, and peripherals are operational and available for instructional use.
