Job Description Reports to: Director of Enterprise Resource Planning, Data, & Analytics, Office of Human Resources The Human Resources Data & Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role on the Data & Analytics team in the Office of Human Resources (OHR) to drive strategy throughout the entire department. The mission of the Data & Analytics team is to make a positive impact in the Boston Public Schools (BPS) through collaboration and empowerment of teams across the district in their use of staff data to make data- and equity-informed decisions at all levels. The Data & Analytics team supports the internal data needs of the internal OHR and generates human resources data reports and interactive dashboards for principals, principal leaders, other central office departments, and external stakeholders.
