Job Description Elementary School Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - YEAR ROUND POSITION Description Swasey Central School, Brentwood, NH's K-5 elementary school, is looking for an individual to join our administrative assistant team, responsible for a variety of needs, supporting students, families and staff. This role is a school year only position, plus a week before and a week after school ends. Under the direct supervision of the principal, this candidate can provide clerical, secretarial and administrative assistance to school administration at a school site, conveying information regarding school functions and procedures; and supporting the broad array of services provided to students, parents, and school staff. Essential Functions Prepares, copies and distributes notices, memoranda or other correspondence for the purpose of informing school employees regarding activities, events or other work-related matters.
