Job Description TITLE OF POSITION: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) LOCATION: Eddy Elementary School and Stony Brook Elementary School DESCRIPTIVE STATEMENT OF POSITION: Support staff in the creation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs), communication of BIPs, data collection, and analyzing data; Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), collect related data, and use this to support students and coach staff; Support and train staff in effectively carrying out FBAs and BIPs; Participate in the student IEP process, including annual reviews, re-evaluation meetings, and initial evaluation meetings; Collaborate with, train, and support teachers, support staff, and paraeducators around student FBAs and BIPs; Be Safety Care trained (or become safety care trained), actively utilize these strategies, and support staff by modeling and utilizing these interventions; Provide professional development around behavioral interventions; Effectively...
