Job Description Under the direction of the Superintendent of Schools, the High School Principal serves as the instructional and operational leader of the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School, responsible for student achievement, staff effectiveness, school culture, safety/welfare and compliance with state and federal requirements. The role includes supervision of faculty, implementation of curriculum, and management of all school operations.
