Job Description Dorchester County Public Schools is currently accepting applications for potential Speech Language Pathologists vacancies for school year 2026 -2027 . The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating students with speech and language disabilities and determining their eligibility for Special Education services, completing assessment reports, and determining the educational impact of speech language issues. DCPS Speech Language Pathologists also participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) Team meetings, may serve as case manager for students that are identified as having speech language impairments, and develop and implement student IEPs.
