Job Description Dorchester County Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and student-centered School to Career Counselor to high school students in developing clear, actionable pathways toward college, careers, and industry credentials. Under the direction of the Supervisor of Prevention and Principal of Dorchester Career & Technology Center, this role emphasizes school counseling, career exploration, workforce readiness, and post-secondary planning, while aligning with the Maryland State Department of Education Blueprint for Maryland's Future. The School to Career Counselor works collaboratively with school staff, CTE instructors, local businesses, and community partners to connect classroom instruction with real-world industry experience.
