Job Description Assistant Elementary School Principal Position Purpose Position will replace current Deans of Students. To assist the Principal in providing leadership and supervision in administering the educational program of an Elementary School in order to increase student achievement consistent with state standards, Board of Education policies, administrative procedures, rules and regulations, and applicable laws. To improve the quality and effectiveness of teachers and building staff through program development, improvement, and professional staff development.
