Job Description At Uncommon, our Office Managers (OMs) play a central role on our School Operations Teams in ensuring that students, families, and staff have the information and resources they need to succeed. In our schools, we have three Office Managers: Office Manager - Communications, Office Manager - Data & Systems, and Office Manager - Finance.
