Job Description Part Time Contracted 150 days Salary: Commensurate with experience & education Position Summary: To ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and Head Start personnel requirements by developing, planning, coordinating, and maintaining all human resources procedures and documents and by advising all employees regarding personnel matters. Human Resources is responsible for the acquisition and retaining of high-quality staff. Likewise, the HR Manager is responsible for the oversight of professional development and continuous improvement of staff.
