Job Description Summary Under general direction, is responsible for the onsite preparation and set up, serving and sanitation of the meal program. Monitors and maintains kitchen and cafeteria areas for the purpose of insuring a safe and sanitary working environment. Essential Duties (These duties represent a sample and may vary by position.)
