Job Description General Definition of Work The AIG Teacher, under general supervision, performs professional work related to leading Academically Intellectually Gifted (AIG) & Talent Development (TD) programming at one or more elementary schools. This role works closely with both instructional staff and students to ensure the academic, social, and emotional needs of AIG and advanced learners are consistently met. This position collaborates with building leaders, all school personnel, and Advanced Studies in support of AIG and advanced learners to develop academic talent and maximize growth.
